The Technical Operations WebSuite manage/m is a comprehensive toolbox of web-based modules. Through these modules, aircraft operators who have contracted some or all of their fleets’ maintenance, repair and overhaul to Lufthansa Technik, gain access to an array of dedicated WebServices complementing every aspect of their technical operations.

The WebServices available through the modules of manage/m are tailored to each individual customer’s fleet and the corresponding MRO agreements with Lufthansa Technik. Depending on the respective aircraft, engine or component support contract, the list of visible and accessible modules and WebServices is subject to change in line with adjustments in the MRO contract.
